This cookbook by Letizia Mattiacci from Assisi is a gem. I was afraid to open it when it arrived by FedEx from Italy. I just knew I would stay up all night reading it from cover to cover. It is more than just pages of yummy authentic Italian recipes. It's full of helpful facts and tips. I cannot wait to cook each and every recipe.
