Cartoccio alla mela (Apple Tart)
I love this Italian version of an Apple tart.
I'm trying to cut down on the sugar and butter in this recipe. The pastry was made with olive oil and the only sugar was on the outside crust. One more try in a week and I'll add the recipe.
